Description

Vyner Cottage is a house, originally two cottages that were converted into a single dwelling in the early 19th century, and with origins in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in a random bond pattern and has a pantile roof. The house is entered through a central hallway. The two storeys have two first-floor windows. The front entrance features a door with four oval panels, the upper two of which are glazed, set within a doorcase with a dentilled cornice. To the left of the door is a sash window with six panes, and to the right, a sash window with four panes. The first floor features sash windows with unequal numbers of panes, each with six panes. Chimneys are located at each end of the building.
