Description

No. 3 The Old Village is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond and features a French tile roof. The building has a central hallway entry and stands two storeys tall with three bays. The entrance consists of a four-panel door beneath an overlight, flanked by sash windows with glazing bars, all set beneath flat brick arches. On the first floor, there is a sash window with glazing bars, flanked by 20th-century fixed windows also with glazing bars. The house has a stepped eaves course and end stacks.
