Description
This is a farmhouse and adjoining outbuilding dating from around 1800, located approximately 50 metres north-west of Little Manor. The farmhouse features a two-room layout with a central staircase, and a single-room outhouse to the left. It stands two storeys high and has two first-floor windows, while the outhouse is lower and also two storeys. The house has a central panelled door set beneath a cambered brick arch, with original 12-pane sliding sash windows beneath segmental header arches on both floors. The eaves are stepped, and the raised gables are finished with tumbled-in brick. There are end stacks on the house. The outhouse has a board door on each floor and a louvred wooden hatch on the left gable end, along with an end stack. The rear of the house features a small louvred hatch on the ground floor to the right and a small blocked opening to the left. The interior has not been investigated.
