Description
This building is a house located 5 metres south-east of Number 3 on Queen Street in Kirton in Lindsey, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of local red brick in Flemish bond, with coursed limestone rubble on the right return. The roof is made of pantiles and the house is a single storey with two bays, featuring an entrance on the left side.
The building has a plinth and is accented by angle and central pilasters. There is a 19th-century panelled door with a large 12-pane sliding sash window to the right, both of which are set beneath a plain fascia and shallow hood. To the right of the entrance, there is a 16-pane flush sash window, which has a stucco cambered arch and cill. The wooden eaves lintel is supported by pilasters, and the roof is hipped with a central stack.
