Description
No. 2 Bishop Lane is a house that has been converted into a disused warehouse. It dates from the mid-18th century and has undergone alterations in the late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick, which has been whitewashed, and features painted ashlar dressings along with a pantile roof. It has a plinth, moulded wooden eaves, a gutter, and brackets. The structure is three storeys tall, plus attics, and has a three-window range. The windows include three 12-pane sashes, with the left one being barred, and above these are three top-hung casements. There is also a box dormer above. The ground floor has been largely rebuilt and features a central plain sash window that has been reduced in height, with a late 20th-century door below it. To the left is a plain sash window, and to the right is a late 20th-century double door with an overlight.
