Description
This building, known as the House Opposite Constable Arms, is a mid-18th century house. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a pantiled roof. The house has an L-shaped plan with a lobby entrance and is single storey with attics, consisting of two cells. The entrance has a boarded door, which is flanked on the right by a sliding sash window with glazing bars set under a flat gauged brick arch, and on the left by a smaller sliding sash window with glazing bars. The house also has raised gables and an axial stack.
