Description

Scott's House is a late 18th-century house located on the north side of Sproatley B 1238. It is built of red brick in English garden wall bond and features a pantiled roof. The house has two storeys and a symmetrical elevation with three bays. The entrance consists of a door with six raised and fielded panels, set within a 19th-century pilastered doorcase. This door is flanked by sash windows with glazing bars, which are positioned under channelled and cambered wedge lintels that have projecting keyblocks. The first floor also has similar six-pane sashes. The house has end stacks and a hipped roof.
