Nos 4 and 5 on Kirkgate are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are rendered with a pantile roof. The façade features three windows without glazing bars and painted lintels. No 5 has one window on the ground floor along with a modern door that includes a rectangular fanlight. No 4 displays a mid to late 19th-century shop front and has a passage doorway.
