Description
This is a two-storey and attic house built in 1876 by W. Hawe, located on the east side of New Walk in Beverley. The house is constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate mansard roof and end stacks. It has two gabled dormers featuring semi-circular windows. The design includes two rectangular two-storey bays; the main window is a six-light mullion and transom design, while a central window is set within a moulded surround with a cornice and a plaque depicting carved fruit. The door is framed by a moulded surround featuring a mask keystone, and is accessed via three steps. Original interior features include a staircase and chimneypieces.
