Description
No 34 on High Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a stone band at the upper cill level and has three windows on the upper floor, all with stone lintels and keystones, and hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has two windows, and there is a wooden eaves cornice above. The entrance is marked by a doorcase that includes engaged Tuscan columns, a plain entablature, and a segmental pediment. The doorcase also has a semi-circular fanlight with beaded glazing bars and a panelled soffit and reveals. The building has a rendered plinth. Inside, there is a 17th-century chimneypiece.
