Description

This is a graveslab located approximately 3 metres south of St Michael's Church in Garton on the Wolds. It dates from the 13th or 14th century and is made of sandstone ashlar. The slab is oblong in shape, measuring about 1.5 by 0.5 metres. It features ornamental carvings of a head and feet set within a recess.
