Description
Pleasant Wood Farmhouse is a house built in the mid 18th century, with the eaves raised and the roof remodeled in the mid 19th century. It is constructed of red and yellow brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and four bays arranged in a 1:2:1 pattern. The entrance includes a four-panelled door with an oblong fanlight above it, set under a segmental head. On the ground floor, there are 16-pane sash windows with sills, also under segmental heads, while the first floor has 12-pane unequal sash windows, again under segmental heads. The roof is hipped and there are axial stacks.
