Description

Number 41 North Bar Without is a building dating from around 1785. It is two storeys high, constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof and features wood ogee bracketed eaves cornice. The gable end displays tumbled brickwork. The building has four windows, which are near flush frame sashes that have been reglazed with plate glass. A delicately detailed 'Adam' doorcase made of wood and composition leads to the entrance, which consists of a door with six fielded panels and a fanlight above. Wrought iron rail guards are also present.
