Description

This is an early 19th-century building comprising two dwellings, 47 and 49 North Bar Without, Beverley. The facades are built of white brick. The building is two storeys and has an attic. There are four sash windows on each floor, now with reglazed plate glass. Two doorcases are present, detailed with wood and composition detailing including paterae and husk drops, each sheltering a six-panel door with a lozenged fanlight above. Number 47 has a slate roof, while number 49 has a pantile roof. There are two small gabled dormers on number 47 and one on number 49.
