Description

This is a mid-19th century property on North Bar Without in Beverley. It is a two-storey brick building, originally with a rough render to the front elevation. The roof is slate, with a dentil eaves cornice. Stone coped gables are present. The building has rusticated rendered quoins and three windows, each a hung sash with glazing bars over two. A grooved doorway features 'Adam' style ornamentation to the frieze and a dentil cornice. Above the doorway is an ornamental rectangular fanlight, and the six-panel door is likely a modern replacement.
