Description
This building is a house located adjacent to The Cottage to the east, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick with a pantiled roof and stands two storeys high with three bays. The central entrance features a 20th-century boarded door beneath a 20th-century projecting porch. On either side of the door are sliding sash windows with sills and glazing bars, all set under segmental brick arches. The first floor has three similar but smaller sliding sash windows. The house is finished with a dentilled brick eaves cornice and has end stacks, with one external stack to the right. The raised gables display tumbled-in brickwork.
