Description

This is a mid-to-late 18th-century house. It is constructed of red brick, originally colour-washed, with a pantiled roof. The symmetrical front elevation has three bays. The central doorway features six bolection-moulded panels above which is an overlight; it is flanked by four-pane sash windows with sills. A first-floor band runs along the elevation, above which are three matching sash windows. The end stacks were rebuilt in the 20th century and feature tumbled-in brick to the raised gables. The property was disused and derelict at the time of the resurvey.
