Description
Cooper Farm is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Main Street in Long Riston. It is constructed of pinkish-yellow brick in Flemish bond and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a range extending to the rear. The central entrance consists of a board door with an overlight, set within a pilastered doorcase that includes a frieze and hood. The farmhouse has 16-pane sash windows throughout, with those on the ground floor positioned under cambered heads. Above the entrance, there is a blind opening. All window and door openings have stone sills. The eaves are adorned with a modillion band, and the building has brick copings and kneelers, along with end stacks. The gable ends display tumbled-in brickwork.
