Description

No. 3 Eastgate is an 18th-century house constructed with cobbles and some brick, topped with a pantiled roof. It features a central direct entry with an outshut and has a single storey with attics, comprising three bays in a balanced elevation. The front has a 20th-century door at the center, flanked by a 20th-century window with glazing bars on the left and two similar windows on the right. In the attic, there are three roof dormers with sliding sashes that also have glazing bars. The house has end stacks and tumbled-in brickwork on the raised gables.
