Description

No. 20 Westgate is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick, which is rendered and colourwashed, and features a pantiled roof. The house has a central direct entry plan with a continuous rear outshut. It is one storey high with attics and consists of two cells. The front elevation is symmetrical, with a boarded door in the centre flanked by sliding sash windows. There are gabled roof dormers with casement windows that have glazing bars. The house has end stacks and raised gables with rounded apices.
