Description

Nos 2 and 4 on Butcher Row in Beverley are early 18th century buildings. They are two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick, topped with a modern pantile roof that no longer features dormers. The first floor has four near-flush-frame sash windows, which now only have central glazing bars, along with two blind windows, one of which is narrow. The ground floor has two modern shop fronts and a central opening with a gauged flat arch.
