Description

Bellevue House is an early 19th-century building, rendered in its appearance. It is two storeys high. The roof has been re-tiled with modern tiles, is hipped, and includes stacks at the gable ends. The front elevation has three windows, each with rusticated lintels and keystones, and hung sash windows with glazing bars. Two similar windows are visible on the ground floor. A doorway features plain pilasters, a cornice, and an entablature. A modern door is set beneath a rectangular fanlight of three panes. The house forms part of a visual group with numbers 1 to 4, inclusive, Belle Vue Terrace, Tennyson Avenue.
