Description

No 45 on the Promenade is a 18th-century building that stands three stories tall with attics, constructed of painted brick. It features a pantile roof with a stone-coped right gable and a stone-coped parapet. The building has two dormers and an upper two-storey bow window with three lights, which includes hung sashes with glazing bars, carved pilasters, and a stone lintel. There is also one window with hung sashes and glazing bars, stone lintel, and carved pilasters on the first and second floors. The ground floor has a late 19th-century and modern shop front.
