The premises occupied by Harland and Turnbull, located at 10 and 12 King Street, date from the early 19th century. This two-storey building is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof with two dormer windows. The façade includes two canted bay windows alternating with two single windows, all adorned with painted voussoirs. The ground floor is characterized by short grooved pilasters and a continuous fascia topped with a dentil cornice. There are scroll brackets above the doorway, which is flanked by similar pilasters, and the stall risers are rendered.
