Description
This is a chapel located about 60 metres east of the Church of Saint Everilda, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, which is stuccoed, and has a slate roof. The chapel is a single storey and consists of a single bay. The central entrance features a 4-panel double-leaf door set within an architrave that has a cornice supported by consoles decorated with foliage ornament. This entrance is flanked by round-headed niches and is topped by a low pediment. Inside, there is a large round-headed niche on the west wall, with a round-headed niche flanked by square-headed niches on each side wall. The interior also shows remnants of a plaster tunnel-vault. At the time of re-survey, the chapel was disused and in a state of dereliction.
