Description
This is a mid-18th century brick house located on the east side of Cross Street in Aldbrough. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a pantiled roof. The house is two rooms deep and has a symmetrical two-storey, three-bay front elevation. The entrance doorway features six raised and fielded panels above a small overlight, and is flanked by four-pane sash windows with sills, all set beneath wedge lintels. The first floor has matching four-pane windows with sills. The building has end chimney stacks and raised, coped gables.
