Description

Dee Haven is a house, likely dating from the late 17th century, that was altered and extended in the 1830s by R.B. Rampling. It has timber-frame cladding, probably on a dressed stone base, with a stone rear range, and a slate roof. The house is two storeys high with three bays. Stone-coped gables with kneelers are present. The ground floor windows are small-paned casements, while the first-floor windows are horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars; the window in the second bay has a gablet above it. Gable-end stacks are situated on both the front and rear ranges. A gabled porch is attached to the right return, adjoining No. 92. The building is included on the list for group value.
