Description
30-32 Greendale Road is a row of three houses built in 1901 by Grayson and Ould. The houses are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a tiled roof. They are one storey high with an attic and consist of three bays. The design includes a stone-coped base, a string course, quoins, and coped gables topped with two ball finials on kneelers. There is one raking buttress. The windows are double-chamfered-mullioned with leaded glazing, and the first floor has a gabled half dormer with three-light windows. The entrances have shaped lintels and plank doors fitted with strap hinges. The houses also feature a cruciform and cross-axial stack. The rear of the buildings is similar, with gabled dormers and privies.
