Description
These three houses, numbered 250, 252, and 254, were built between 1896 and 1898 as part of the Port Sunlight model village, designed by William Owen. They are constructed of brick with a plastered first floor and have a hipped tile roof. The houses are two storeys high and have three bays each. A cornice runs along the first floor. The windows are four-light leaded casements; the ground-floor windows are set within gauged-brick cambered arches. The elliptical-headed entrances have plank doors. Two cross-axial stacks and a left return lateral stack are present. Rainwater heads are dated 1896. The rear elevation is similar in style.
