Description

The medieval cross located near the south-west boundary of the grounds of Crosby Hall is likely from the late medieval period. It is made of sandstone and features a square two-step base with a raised center on both the front and rear of the upper step. The cross has a cuboid plinth and an octagonal shaft that stands approximately one and a half meters high, consisting of two sections. The upper section has a roughly-chamfered cap and the stump of a finial.
