Description

Cleveley Cottage is a house built in 1865 by Sir George Gilbert Scott. It is constructed of stone and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. There is a drip mould over the ground floor, and the windows are two-light with chamfered mullions and shouldered lintels. On the first floor, there is one window set in a gabled half-dormer. The windows have a lattice pattern glazing. The central entrance is flanked by narrow lights and features a nine-panel door. There is a wing at the rear and a tall chimney stack. Cleveley Cottage was built as part of the estate of Cleveleys, which has since been demolished.
