Description

This is a house located at 14 Hadassah Grove, likely built in the 1840s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and is three bays wide. The stone base, first-floor sill band, top cornice, and blocking course add to its architectural detail. The bays are separated by pilasters with dosserets. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and features a Doric doorcase with fluted columns and a reeded frieze, along with a complete fanlight and a six-panel door.
