Description

The monument to the King's Liverpool Regiment, designed by Sir W. Goscombe John, was erected in 1905. It is made of white stone and features a central bronze wreath, along with a helmet, flag, and sword. There is a standing soldier on each side of the monument, and Britannia is depicted on the central pedestal, with a drummer boy positioned at the rear.
