Description

The Balfour Monument is a memorial dedicated to Alexander Balfour, who passed away in 1886. The monument was completed in 1889 and features a standing bronze figure on a stone pedestal. It was sculpted by A. Bruce Joy, with the bronze cast by H. Young and Co.
