Description

The Nugent Monument is a memorial dedicated to Monsignor James Nugent, erected in 1906 and designed by F. W. Pomeroy. The monument features a bronze figure of Nugent in a standing position, depicted in a blessing attitude alongside a ragged boy. This figure is mounted on a stone pedestal that includes a bronze plaque adorned with a wreath.
