Description
Two houses, numbers 30 and 32, stand on the south side of High Street. They were built in the early 19th century. The houses are predominantly brick with stone dressings and have a slate roof. They are three storeys high and three bays wide. A sill band runs along the first floor, and a top cornice finishes the front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; the windows in the central bay are blind, designed to resemble sashes and featuring intersecting glazing bars in their heads. The entrances are round-headed, with door cases featuring fluted pilasters and six-panel doors. Simple iron area railings are present.
