Description

Nos 9, 11, and 13 Prince Alfred Road are three houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and have a slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and consists of one bay. The windows feature brick flat arches, with most being sashed and having glazing bars. No 9 has a stone slate roof, exposed sash boxes on the windows, and an entrance with an architrave. The left side of No 9 includes one sash window and one small-paned casement, along with a stone wall leading to a small yard. No 11 has casement windows, while No 13 features an architrave at the entrance, a six-panel door, and an overlight above the door.
