Description

This is a mid-19th century building on Lord Street, consisting of numbers 23 to 27. It is constructed of stucco and stands three storeys high. A moulded eaves cornice and blocking course run along the top of the building. Numbers 25 and 27 have a pediment and were likely originally conceived as the central part of a single, unified design. A continuous sill band runs across the second floor. The building has five ranges of sash windows; only number 23 currently has a temporary shop front.
