Description
The Prince Arthur Hotel is a mid-19th century building located at 48 Lord Street. It is constructed of red brick with painted ashlar dressings and features a pitched slate roof. The hotel has two storeys and attics, with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. There is a string course and three ranges of sash windows, each with keystones. The entrance is a round-arched door with a simply moulded surround. Additionally, there are two round-headed attic dormers with sash windows and four ranges of sash windows facing Warren Street.
