Description
Nos 45 and 47 on Lord Street are mid-19th century buildings constructed from ashlar stone. They rise to three storeys and feature a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The ground floor has been refronted in a 1920s neo-classical style, using similar stone. The elevation facing Lord Street includes three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, while the Warren Street elevation has four sash windows. The first-floor sash windows have moulded surrounds, except for the two easternmost on the west side, which have moulded cornices supported by consoles. Additionally, the remaining two sash windows on the Warren Street elevation and the two southernmost on the Lord Street elevation are round-arched.
