Description
Tithe Barn Farmhouse is a house built in 1723, with some alterations made since then. It is constructed from pebbledashed brick and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The windows have glazing bars, segmental heads, and cemented surrounds. There is a door located between the bays, which is sheltered by a gabled porch. Above this door, on the first floor, is a small stone tablet displaying a shield of arms. To the right on the first floor, there is a plaque inscribed with the name 'Ralph Heyes 1723'. Inside, the farmhouse is said to contain ovolo-moulded beams.
