Description

27 and 29 Castle Street are early 19th-century buildings designed in the Gothic style. They rise three storeys and are rendered with a moulded eaves cornice. The façade features two windows; one is a modern casement, while the other is a hung sash with glazing bars, both adorned with rectangular dripmoulds. The ground floor has a modern shop front. These buildings, along with Nos 27 to 37 (odd), form a group, with Nos 35 and 37 being of local interest only.
