Description
The buildings at 11-15 Shaw Bridge Street date from the 18th century and represent the remaining portion of a balanced design. Numbers 11 and 13 have three windows above two, while number 15, finished in pebble dash, has two windows above two and a doorway featuring a cornice and moulded architrave, along with a rectangular fanlight. Number 15 has a modern door. The windows lack glazing bars, but those on the rear elevation have stone surrounds and sash windows with glazing bars. The stone surrounds to the front entrances are also notable, with numbers 11 and 13 featuring six-panel doors. Number 15 has stone gate posts leading to a low wall. Numbers 5 to 15 (odd) are designated as a group.
