Description

The cross located in St Bartholomew's Churchyard in Colne is a medieval stone structure. It features a large square block that is dressed only on the upper side. From this block, a shaft rises, which is splayed back to form an octagonal shape. The top of the cross is crowned by a wider octagonal block, with some faces that appear to be carved.
