Description
Yellow Hall consists of four cottages, likely built in the early 19th century. The cottages are constructed from rubble and are cement washed, featuring a stone slate roof with stone coping, springers, kneelers, and gable finials. The design is symmetrical, with each cottage having two 2-light windows with dripstones, although the mullions have been removed in No 1. The ground floor windows are larger than those on the upper floor. There is a gabled centre porch that is shared by Nos 3 and 5, which includes springers, moulded coping, finials, and similar windows. The cottages have two ridge stacks located on the party walls. It is reported that they were built by a radical to qualify as a Parliamentary candidate.
