Description

No. 12 High Fold is a house built in 1764, featuring a recessed moulded panel. The structure is constructed from coursed rubble and has a stone slate roof, supported by moulded gutter corbels. It is two storeys high and has two three-light windows with square mullions and surrounds. There is a central doorway, and a doorway on the far left has been blocked, now forming a two-light window. A modern kitchen extension was added to the left in 1982.
