Description
No. 11 and the adjoining garage to the south is a house built in 1754, with some alterations. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and has a modern tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. The ground-floor windows are sashed and set in surrounds with a slight chamfer. The first-floor windows are also sashed, featuring glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. The door, located between the bays, has a plain stone surround and is topped with a stone hood supported by brackets. Above the door is a plaque inscribed with 'CSA 17541'. There are end chimneys on the building. To the right, there is an additional bay of the same construction, which is now used as a garage. This bay has a wide entrance with a basket arch and a first-floor window with plain reveals.
