Description

This is a pair of houses formed from mid-18th century warehouses. The houses have a pebbledashed exterior and a slate roof. They are three storeys high, with two bays each. The windows are modern, featuring glazing bars within plain reveals. Each house has a front door; that of number 17 has a reeded timber surround. The buildings are listed for their historical significance as part of Sunderland Point, a former port of Lancaster.
