Description

This is a late 18th-century house located in First Terrace. The house is constructed of rendered rubble with a tile roof. It is two storeys high. The left-hand side features a two-storey canted bay window with sandstone dressings and six-pane sash windows. To the right of the bay window are two bays, also with six-pane sash windows and rendered surrounds. The left bay has a door with a plain stone surround and a cornice hood supported by console brackets. At the far right is a blocked wide entrance, incorporating a stone arch with a keystone. A modern window has been inserted beneath the arch, and another modern window is above it, both with rendered surrounds. Chimneys are located on each side of the blocked entrance and on the left-hand gable, with the latter chimney set forward of the ridge.
