Description

This is a late 18th-century house located in First Terrace, Overton, Sunderland Point. The house is built of rendered rubble with sandstone dressings and a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has four bays. Most windows have plain stone surrounds and are sash windows with glazing bars. However, the ground floor windows of the first and second bays are modern replacements with glazing bars. The right-hand bay features a two-storey canted bay window. The front door, situated in the third bay, also has a plain stone surround. Chimneys are located at each end of the building. The gables have copings with kneelers.
